[BUG] Why did the plugin I installed disappear?

What's Wrong?

I created my own "marketplace" containing a "plugin". I installed it, and after restarting CC, it worked fine. However, when I launched CC again at some point, the installed plugin had disappeared. Moreover, when I used the "/plugins" command to enter the marketplace, it told me that one plugin was installed, but the list displayed nothing.

What Should Happen?

It depends on CC's mood—no one knows exactly when.
