[Bug] Claude Code not executing stated actions or producing expected results

Bug Description
multiple times it’s said something but proved to be otherwise I’m not really sure what this AI is doing but it’s not producing the results and saying it’s supposed to produce it’s not doing what it says and then when I say OK well where is it say just like wow
