[Bug] Unannounced quota changes

Bug Description
Usage quota changed since Monday: recently temporarily increased quota to 5x and 20x Max subscribers is no longer there: the difference is stark with the previous week. No announcements were made and yet it changed. Please keep it as it used to be, this is very unreliable. I can't get done in one day what I could do in one 5h session last week now. This is really not nice.
