Feature Request: Change theme on running instance from CLI

Running claude config set -g theme light sets theme to light only after claude cli restarts.

Would it be possible to either:

• automatically apply this setting to all running claude instances
• or add e.g. USRSIG1 signal to trigger claude cli to re-read global settings from the environment
