What's Wrong?
There is an issue with Claude Code version 2.0.2 on Windows 11 where, if a terminal is already running Claude Code in a specific folder, opening a new terminal window in the same folder and starting Claude Code again causes the new terminal to become unresponsive and stuck, preventing any input.
What Should Happen?
When opening a new terminal window in the same folder where Claude Code is already running, starting Claude Code again should launch successfully and remain responsive, allowing user input without freezing.
