[BUG] Ctrl+C does not work in `/theme`

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

The /theme command eats Ctrl+C and I can't quit. Double Ctrl+C works elsewhere as far as I can tell.

What Should Happen?

Double Ctrl+C in /theme should quit Claude Code but it doesn't.
