[FEATURE] Support theme coding for bicep

Problem Statement

Coding themes dont work for thrid files extension such as .bicep, .bicepparam, this make so hard to read the code within claude desktop.

Proposed Solution

support of coding theme customization in .claude directory .config or themes. currently only available for claude code terminal.
