What's Wrong?

Sonnet 4.6 is blocked by a false "usage credits required for 1M context" error on a Pro plan. The error appears immediately on session start and persists across new sessions. I never requested 1M context.

API Error: Usage credits required for 1M context · turn on usage credits at claude.ai/settings/usage, or use --model to switch to standard context

What Should Happen?

Sonnet 4.6 operates normally on Pro plan without requiring usage credits. 1M context restrictions should not apply to Sonnet.

**Related Issues**
This appears to be the same false-positive bug reported in #61692 (Sonnet 4.6 blocked by incorrect 1M context error) but occurring on Windows with the latest version 2.1.129.
