What's Wrong?

i have not hit my usage limit but claude code is saying so.
API Error: Usage credits required for 1M context · turn on usage credits at claude.ai/settings/usage, or use --model to switch to standard context

What Should Happen?

I should not encounter this considering that this is a new session and my usage only shows 50%
