[Feature Request] Optimize token usage and response latency in multi-turn conversations

Bug Description
claude code is a tool with great capabilities. but for me everything became terribly slow and terribly token consuming. so it is becoming a nightmare to have a discussion which means this is not vibe coding anymore this is slooooowww coding. discussing relatively simple questions and having to wait 5 mn to an answer again and again and again changes profoundly the nature of the work and the friction and the results. for me, the switch from 4.6 to 4.7 is very painful.
