What's Wrong or Missing?
I pay for subscription on a regularly used account which has access to CVP. Suddenly it does not accept my payment method. I open new account, same payment method accepted.
I contact support, Fin says ill escalate to human. Then it says, this is a 'normal' issue and the fault is on my side. Cant help.
Now i applied for accoess to CVP on the new account and i got declined.
What kind of games are being played here?
Cant call, cant contact and no one can clarify?
Suggested Improvement
Have a human contact center with people who can think and solve problems. Not this ridiculour responsibility shifting behaviour as if customers only exist as traning data and funds supplier.
