Problem Statement

I run many Claude Code sessions in parallel and want a scratchpad tied to each one. Half-formed ideas, snippets I'm not ready to commit, reminders for myself. Not memory files or CLAUDE.md, since Claude reads those. Just private notes per session.
Right now I use Google Keep, but once I have 10+ sessions going I can't tell which note belongs to which.

Proposed Solution

A collapsible panel beside the chat. One editable note per session, persisted locally, invisible to Claude.

Clicking a session loads its note. Plain text or basic markdown is enough. Should stay attached if I rename the session.
