[BUG] International Keyboardlayouts do not support all shortcuts in Desktop App

What's Wrong?

The following keyboard shortcuts do not work on german keyboards as they require the AltGr key which is not supported in shortcuts (and probably also not in other non-US keyboard layouts):

• Ctrl-Shift-[
• Ctrl-Shift-]
• Ctrl-'
• Ctrl-\

This is annoying as especially Ctrl-' (Open Terminal) is needed often and does not work at all via keyboard

What Should Happen?

Provide alternative shortcuts (for other layouts) or make them configurable.
