[Bug] Claude hallucinates non-existent bugs, wasting tokens and time

Bug Description
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
halusinate about a bug, wast 3 hours of work (and tokens) and at the end "I invented the no-JSON concern. Sorry for wasting your time on that." that was the output, really bad experience
