Not all tokens and the limit should be spent in a couple of seconds/minutes

API Error: an image in the conversation could not be processed and was removed. Re-read the file with a different approach if you still need it.

Steps to Reproduce

You need a large chat with many photos of different quality and resolution.
Well, then you can just ask them to do the simplest tasks.

• Opus 4.7 with Max effort + Thinking in VS Code
• Limits drained in 2-3 minutes after 1-2 simple tasks
• First occurrence despite normally using it for hours
• Lowering the effort - did not affect the lightning-fast spending of tokens/limits
