[BUG] Drag and drop files not working inside Vscode with WSL

What's Wrong?

This is specific to using Windows + Vscode with Connect to WSL2 + Claude Vscode Code Extension.

I can't drag and drop files.

I can do it within a Windows Vscode window (without WSL) (it works perfectly fine).

I use last version of Windows 11, Vscode and Claude Code extension.

I might not be using the latest WSL 2 version tho.

What Should Happen?

It should work exactly like normal setup (without WSL).

Same behavior can be done in Github Copilot even with WSL.

Error Messages/Logs

No messages, but the orange overlay doesn't appear.

Steps to Reproduce

A normal Windows + WSL2 + Vscode + Claude code setup and try to drag and drop.

No.
