[BUG] Cowork tab missing on Windows after update to 1.7196.3

What's Wrong?

Version: 1.7196.3 (ca0c62)
OS: Windows
Plan: Pro

After updating to version 1.7196.3, Cowork tab has completely disappeared from the menu.
It was working yesterday and all morning, then disappeared after the update.

Expected: Cowork tab should appear between Chat and Code in the sidebar
Actual: Cowork tab is completely missing from both app and web interface

This is a regression - Cowork was fully functional before this version.

What Should Happen?

Cowork tab should appear in the sidebar between Chat and Code tabs

Error Messages/Logs

No specific error message - the tab simply doesn't appear in the interface

Steps to Reproduce

1. Updated Claude Desktop to version 1.7196.3
2. Restarted the application
3. Check the sidebar menu
4. Expected: Cowork tab appears between Chat and Code
5. Actual: Cowork tab is missing
