[BUG] /rewind does nothing in Windows desktop app (version 1.7196.0.0)

What's Wrong?

If I type /rewind in a Claude Code session nothing happens. No response from the AI. No error. Nothing. Same behavior with Esc+Esc.

What Should Happen?

When user types /rewind or Esc+Esc the rewind options should appear.

Build some amount of context in session
Type /rewind
