[BUG] [iOS] Code tab shows 0 sessions despite sessions being visible in browser and Mac app

What's Wrong?

[BUG] [iOS] Code tab shows 0 sessions despite sessions being visible in browser and Mac app
Description
The Claude Code iOS app shows 0 active sessions in the Code tab ("すべて 0"), even though the same sessions are visible in both the browser (claude.ai/code) and the Mac Claude Code app under the same account.

Device Info

Device: iPhone 16 Pro
iOS Version: 26.4.2
iOS App Version: 1.2605140
Mac: Mac mini (macmini26)
Steps to Reproduce

Have active Claude Code sessions visible in the browser (claude.ai/code) and Mac app
Open the Claude iOS app
Navigate to the Code tab
Tap "すべて" (All) filter
Expected Behavior
Sessions visible in browser and Mac app should also appear in the iOS app Code tab.

Actual Behavior
Code tab shows "すべて 0" with message "セッションが見つかりません / No sessions found."
Archived tab shows 5 sessions correctly.

Additional Info

Uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app — issue persists
Sessions are confirmed to exist and are accessible via browser (claude.ai/code)
Mac Claude Code app displays all sessions correctly
claude remote-control is running on Mac

Similar but not identical to #30691 (URL workaround doesn't apply here — sessions exist in browser but are simply absent from iOS app)

What Should Happen?

Sessions visible in the browser (claude.ai/code) and Mac Claude Code app should also appear in the iOS app Code tab under the same account.
