[BUG] Claude Code crashes in Mac Desktop App

What's Wrong?

CC crashes a second after sending first message in CC tab in app.

Reproducible crash on a clean install
Binary version 2.1.142
Crash happens with just 1 skills plugin, 1 second after launch
CLI works fine in Terminal
