What's Wrong?
in the claude extension for vscode, i renamed my claude sessiosn, but after restarting vscode (was restarted due to windows update), my custom names were replaced by automatically generated names.
i set names to sessions in order to have each session focused on specific context. if names are erased, i cant keep track of which session is used for what purpose
vscode extension version: 2.1.144
What Should Happen?
the session names need to be preserved after vscode restart
