Markdown links lack hover highlight/underline styling

Markdown links in Claude Code responses are functional (clickable) but have no visible hover state — no underline, colour change, or cursor change on mouseover. This makes it hard to tell a link is interactive without clicking it.

Expected: Links show a hover state (e.g. underline or colour change) when moused over, consistent with standard link UX.

Observed: No visual change on hover. The link is only discoverable by clicking.

Environment: Claude Code desktop app, macOS.
