[BUG] conversation panel on right side become empty

What's Wrong?

the recent update to the claude desktop application (Claude 1.7196.0 (2dbd78) 2026-05-12T05:34:40.000Z) has introduced a bug. clicking the conversations from left sidebar, the panel on right side becomes empty with only a claude icon. no text in the panel. everytime i have to quit the application and then i click the needed conversations.

What Should Happen?

the conversations should open as they used to.

simply click the conversations from left side panel back and fourth.
