[FEATURE] Desktop App: Allow Files panel to be repositioned (left or right side)

Problem Statement

The Files panel is fixed on the right side of the desktop app and cannot be repositioned. Most developers are used to file trees on the left side (VS Code, JetBrains, etc.), which creates a cognitive mismatch.

Proposed Solution

Allow the user to choose whether the Files panel appears on the left or right side of the interface, configurable via settings.
