[BUG] I cannot read anything in the terminal. its broken

What's Wrong?

in the claude code terminal, everything is like all colored weirdly and I cant see any word/character. it started with randomly words and now whole terminal is weird and cant read anything at all

What Should Happen?

Should be able to read gracefully in the terminal
