[BUG] Unable to view Claude's thinking process as of newest "claude code for VS code" version 2.1.141

What's Wrong?

I was able to see Claude's thinking as of 2.1.90 in

Claude Code for VS Code

, but after upgraded the plugin to 2.1.141, the thinking button(both thinking and thought for x seconds) is no longer clickable/expandable

What Should Happen?

thinking button(both thinking and thought for x seconds) should be clickable/expandable
