[BUG] OAuth manual code paste freezes Windows Terminal

What's Wrong?

OAuth fallback — browser didn't auto-open. Manual flow:

Press c (in the CLI) to copy the URL
Paste it into any browser (Chrome)
Sign in with your Anthropic account
Browser redirects to a page showing a code /copies it to clipboard
Paste that code back at the CLI prompt "Paste code here if prompted >"
then absolutely nothing happens - so really??? maybe claude can help you code this

What Should Happen?

Claude completes login and I go my merry way
