[BUG] Auto mode disappears after shift + tab cycle in agents view

What's Wrong?

In agents mode, during a long conversation, if you press shift+tab to cycle modes (plan, accept edits, auto, default), auto mode does not appear as part of the cycle. It starts in auto mode, but then you can't ever get auto mode back. this makes for a very high maintenance agent.

What Should Happen?

It should go back into auto mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create agent in agent mode.
2. enter it.
3. talk to the agent.
4. shift + tab to get out of AUTO mode.
5. try to get back into AUTO
