[FEATURE] Claude Code Web should not impersonate users on GitHub

Problem Statement

Claude will currently happily impersonate the user on GitHub by posting comments on PRs using the MCP server. It does add a little note at the bottom that it was generated with Claude but this still does not feel right. I don't want Claude to post any comments under my name.

Proposed Solution

Claude should respond from its own GitHub app and not use the user's token for making comments.
