[BUG] App bounces in Dock but never opens, no window appears

What's Wrong?

Operating system: macOS 13.7.8 (22H730) on MacBook Pro
Exact error: App bounces in Dock but never opens, no window appears
Logs: No logs created at ~/Library/Logs/Claude/main.log, no terminal output when launching from /Applications/Claude.app/Contents/MacOS/Claude
Troubleshooting tried: Force quit, cache clearing, clean reinstall, xattr command, terminal launch

Checked Console.app showed no Claude-related crash reports
