Sync conversations between Claude Desktop app and Claude Mobile Android

Currently, conversations started in the Claude Desktop app are not visible in the Claude Mobile app (Android/iOS), even when using the same account. This has been an issue for over a week and there is no workaround within the desktop app itself.
Expected behavior: Conversations should sync across all Claude clients (Desktop, Mobile, Web) when logged into the same account.
Current behavior: Desktop app conversations are completely isolated — they do not appear on mobile or web.
Workaround needed: Users are forced to use the browser version instead of the desktop app to access conversations on mobile.
Please add cross-device conversation sync for the Claude Desktop app.
