Sync Claude Code conversations to Claude Mobile App

Problem Statement

When starting a conversation in Claude Code (desktop/web app),
the chat is not visible in the Claude mobile app — even when
logged into the same account.

Users who plan trips, research, or work sessions on desktop
cannot reference those conversations on their phone while on
the go. This forces them to take screenshots or manually copy
information.

Proposed Solution

Unify conversation history across Claude Code and the Claude
mobile app so all chats are accessible from any device under
the same account.
