iOS app: sandbox provisioning hangs indefinitely

Summary

Claude Code iOS app hangs on "Setting up sandbox" when starting a new cloud session. Issue persists across app restarts.

Environment

• Platform: Claude Code iOS app
• Session ID: claude/implement-todo-item-Yv1Ul
• Repo attempted: private repo, ~3 MB on GitHub, no submodules, no custom git hooks

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude Code iOS
2. Start a new session with a repo attached
3. Sandbox provisioning UI appears and never completes

Expected

Sandbox boots within typical provisioning time.

Actual

Hangs indefinitely on the sandbox setup step.

Workarounds tried

• Force quit + relaunch — no change
• New session vs resume — no change

Notes

Repo is healthy from a desktop CLI perspective (clone, status, log, gh repo view all clean). Suspect provisioning-side issue rather than repo-specific.
