[BUG] Claude Code Dispatch session remained functional but I lost all visibility into it from the Mac desktop UI.

What's Wrong?

During an extended working session building a React/Vite PWA, the Dispatch session was visible in my Claude Code desktop UI as expected. At some point mid-session, it disappeared entirely from the interface — no crash, no error message. The session itself remained functional (I was still able to send and receive messages through it), but I lost all visibility into it from the Mac desktop UI.

Because the session was no longer visible, I had no way to use the thumbs-down feedback button to report the issue through the normal in-app channel, which is why I'm writing here instead.

Environment:

• Claude Code (beta)
• macOS Monterey 12.7 (latest Monterey release)
• Session type: Dispatch (Code beta feature)
• The session had been running for an extended period with many spawned sub-agent code sessions

Expected behavior: The Dispatch session should remain visible in the desktop UI for the duration of the session.

Actual behavior: The session disappeared from the UI silently, with no way to recover the view or submit in-app feedback.
