[Bug] Timezone handling not respecting user location (Denver/MT instead of UTC)

Bug Description
cannot even tell me the correct time. its told me it has fixed this 100 times and still it goes back. im in denver i use mt not utc. literally the simplest task it cant follow. im sick and tired of this. all it has done is waste my time and money. i want my money back for the subscriptions and exta usage ive paid. because it has literally not done anythig but waste it. im done.
