[Bug] Streak calculation uses UTC instead of user timezone

Bug Description
Your streak calculation resets probably with UTC instead of using the users timezone to calculate when a day is completed. Even doe I have worked on projects the same day in the evening, the streak did not count it since it was probably already on the next day e.g. UTC reset.
