[Feature Request] Add persistent display of current and weekly work limits in CLI interface

Bug Description
อยากให้มีตั้งค่า show limit ไว้ตลอดเวลาทั้ง current section กับ weekly limits จะได้วางแผนได้ว่าจะให้ทำงานประเภทไหนตอน Limit ใกล้หมด
