[Feature Request] Display current working directory/project context in CLI interface

Bug Description
We launch claude code from a folder; i use iTerm2 terminal on my
MAC M4 Apple Silicon. Once we lauch and starts working, there is no quick
way to find out whihc folder we are in, which project we are in. The title
has no relation to the project, the prompt do not state where we are. PWD is
always a question and when we work with multiple projects, we get confused
often and i am sure your data indicates people type prompt targetting on
projects into another window and Fable starts flagging it etc.
