[Bug] Claude model outputs inconsistent and unreliable responses with decreased instruction adherence

Bug Description
over the last month claude coupand the website cancontinuously lie and do not follow directions it willit takes shortcuts and then when i ask it to verify things and whyi it was telling me 1 thing when thetruth was something else it just says you're right i should have checked it's doing this all the time and it didn't do this before something has changed and itcan no longer be trusted as a matter of fact i don't even know if it's doing half of the stuff i'm telling it toit is a untrustworthy product it has definitely changed in the last month
