[Bug] Claude Code: Inconsistent or unreliable response behavior

Bug Description
Claude is being an absolute liar, an unreliable, duplicitous, deceptive, lazy, jerk face today. I am astonished at how blasé about protocol and quick to go through the motions in a deceptive way it has been over the past 24-36 hours. It's discouraging, like my blood pressure is higher.
