[FEATURE] Add sites to "Your Approved Sites"

Problem Statement

Your approved sites' section in Claude in Chrome settings has no way to add sites — no input field, no button. Sites approved via the sidebar are only session-based and don't persist.

Proposed Solution

Add a button to permanently add approved sites.
