Environment

  • Claude Code version: 2.1.136
  • VS Code version: 1.119.0
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open VS Code 1.119.0
  2. Launch the Claude Code extension v2.1.136

Expected

Extension opens normally.

Actual

Error: command 'vscode.editor.openLast' not found

Workaround

Downgrading to the Claude Code build from approximately 20 hours prior works as expected.
