What's Wrong?

Charged for failed /ultrareview run after crash

I ran Claude Code /ultrareview on May 7, 2026, but the session appears to have crashed before completing successfully.

Despite the failed run, I was still charged €25.

Details

  • Session ID: 01VpPHWS71vbo75Y6qV9PDZN
  • Command: /ultrareview
  • Failure: stuck during search; 8 candidates never reached verification
  • Output: empty array []
  • Charge: €25

Issue

The main issue is that billing was applied even though the run failed and produced no usable result. A crashed or incomplete /ultrareview session should not be charged as a successful run, especially when the final output is empty.

Please investigate why this failed session was billed.

I am requesting a refund for the €25 charge.

What Should Happen?

A crashed or incomplete /ultrareview session should not be charged as a successful run, especially when the final output is empty.
