Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

In more detail, 1 run failed because it ran against an ancient branch. After I followed claude's instructions on how to point to the correct branch, (the git change wa made by claude) ultrareview still ran against the wrong branch. That's 2 of 3 free runs. Then I was told to restart claude. Now claude reports the correct branch as my default branch, but I'm warned I will be charged. What happened to the 3rd free run?

What Should Happen?

1) There still should be 1 free run left.
2) I should have been told to restart claude before the 2nd run
