Describe the bug

A scheduled CCR routine triggered via the /schedule skill ("Run Now") has been stuck on "Setting up a cloud container" for over 30 minutes with no progress and no error message.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a CCR routine with a private GitHub repo source and a claude.ai Gmail MCP connector
2. Trigger it immediately via "Run Now"
3. The run enters "Setting up a cloud container" state and never advances

Expected behavior

Container provisions within a few minutes and the agent begins executing.

Actual behavior

Stuck on container setup indefinitely — no error, no timeout, no output after 30+ minutes.

Notes

No tokens appear to have been consumed. The routine never advanced past the provisioning phase.
