[Bug] Claude executes git commands without explicit user confirmation during debugging

Bug Description
claude initiated git comit by itself during debugging without even asking (asked only to create/form git message as we did discuss several times before, not to perform any git action) and even w/o any confirmation if fix works or does not work in the first place.
