[BUG] Cowork ECONNRESET on Windows 10 Pro - Chat works fine

What's Wrong?

API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET)

What Should Happen?

Cowork consistently fails with API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET) on every task. Regular Chat mode works perfectly. Only Cowork is affected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Desktop (latest version) on Windows 10 Pro
2. Log in with account
3. Switch to the Cowork tab
4. Type any simple task
5. Error appears: API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET)
