[BUG] ECONNRESET Errors with pro subscription on Ma

What's Wrong?

"Claude Code ECONNRESET on every API call. macOS 15.6.1, Claude Code v2.1.70, billingType:
apple_subscription. curl reaches api.anthropic.com fine, NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0 gets past auth but
all inference calls fail. Was working ~3 weeks ago. GitHub issues #5674, #13657, #29341 appear related."

tried using ANTHROPIC_API_KEY as well and still get the same error. Updated claude to latest version - via native installer and still the issue persist.

What Should Happen?

I expect being able to login to claude code seamlessly irrespective of subscription type and/or medium used to login, be it mac or iPhone or any other device.

can't generate any logs because I tried completely removing and clean installing claude many times since the issue first started appearing 3 weeks ago.

use a pro subscription signed up via apple and try to launch claude on mac CLI.
