[Bug] ECONNRESET errors with VPN connections to Anthropic API

Question

**Bug Description**
API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET) for nearly every query when running with a VPN. the reason I am using a VPN is to fix a connection issue that occurs without it. I fixed the original connection issue by using a VPN, now that solution is also broken.
