Feature request: auto-return to plan mode after plan execution

When defaultMode is set to "plan", Claude starts each session in plan mode. However, once a plan is approved and executed, Claude stays out of plan mode for the rest of the session — requiring manual Shift+Tab to return.

Request: add a setting (e.g. "returnToPlanModeAfterExecution": true) that automatically re-engages plan mode after Claude finishes executing an approved plan within a session. This would make plan mode a true gate on every discrete task, not just session start.
